Shipping policy

Orders from Table Manners are shipped to United States. We typically prepare orders within two business days of placing them. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

When your order ships, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us at tablemannersmahjong@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee an address change after an order has entered processing.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, email tablemannersmahjong@gmail.com with your order number so we can look into it.
