Return and refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Table Manners. To request a return, email tablemannersmahjong@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, an item must be in new condition.

For change-of-mind returns, you’re responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item, contact tablemannersmahjong@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos if possible. We’ll review the issue and, if a return is needed, cover the return shipping cost.

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we’ll email you with the outcome. We issue approved refunds to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
